My neighbor must be helpless?
He came over and asked if I would be willing to mop/scrub his floors since he didn't want to. Um.....no.....I am not willing to do mine half of the time so why....would I be willing to to yours??? So then he came over again and asked if I could hem his curtains for him. He took his old window out and put a tiny new one in its place and wanted to keep the same curtains so he wondered if I could help. Well I guess since its a straight line and there's only 4 small ones. And I kept the extra pieces and used two for my bathroom window. So it all worked out in the end. I guess?

Your neighbor is a man so, DUH! Ya he's helpless. Oh, JK, but he certainly couldn't hem his own curtains. I'm actually surprised that he cares that they were too long.
I like your new water background. It cools me off in this summer heat :)
