The girls room again

I had to get in the girls room again and spent what seemed like forever cleaning it. She told me it was clean so I initially went in there to vacuum it and be done but when I went in there it wasn't clean at all. and I had to clean it and when I thought I was done I saw under the bed and got more angry because it was covered and I wondered how I hadn't seen it before. But anyway I moved the bed completely and made the girls get everything and vacuumed again and we got it clean. I really hate laundry and it shows right now. I was kinda proud of myself when I saw that the laundry room was still pretty clean with the girls clothes in it. But then I remembered I did a bunch of laundry and never put it away. Its just sitting on the "laundry table". I call it that and Jason gets mad, cuz its not really a table for laundry. ha ha I still call it that and the kids call it that too.
I did get a new mop tonight and mopped the kitchen and did two loads of laundry too. Yet I dread the laundry.

My Laundry Room

This is what my laundry room looked like after cleaning Savannah's Room for 5 1/2 hours. Yes its a little embarrassing but again we had to dump everything in there since we couldn't smell what was clean and what was dirty. They all smelled dirty. This is after one load.
After two loads.

After three. After four, you can tell the clothes in the front are down and this is when I started doing the towels and blankets. There are still a load of clothes in the basket but I need to do other things first.

Love Doing Laundry!

At Least Right Now!

I did all the laundry in the house and each load was huge!
One large basket now equals 1 load instead of 3 small loads. And they are clean with the same amount of soap as before. I didn't even feel bad or annoyed one day after I washed my Cal King Comforter. Jeremiah peed on it again. Then he peed on my bed and I washed my sheets, comforter, (different one) and pillow cases in one load. Awesome!!!

I love it!!!! I never realized that it wasn't that bad to do laundry since I had a small washer and dryer. So if everyone has two loads (rounding up) and I have to wash towels and sheets and stuff every week. Before that would be about 15 loads a week and I just could not keep up. I always had to do a bunch on one day to try and catch up but then I would burn out on laundry and not want to do it again until it was bad. Not I start a load and it beeps (didn't have a buzzer before) Then I throw it in the dryer and it beeps...again that's cool. Then if I was to start a load at night it has a delay. So it will start early and be done when I get up and not sitting in there all night wet.

Then today I asked Jacob to throw the wet clothes into the dryer and he got mad and stomped in there to do it....came out happy and smiling...so I had to ask why are you so happy? He said, "I like this washer I don't have to jump on it to get clothes out and stick my arm all the way in and try to get the clothes off the bottom."
I laughed for quite a while after that. Then I folded another load of laundry and had the kids put it away and I think that's it!

Big Waste of My Time and Money

Ok so ...I hate laundry...right....everybody should know this by now...but I kinda got behind since I haven't done laundry in a week, so I decided to take ALL my laundry to the nearest laundromat and just do it all at one time. But... this ended up being a waste of time and money. I have a big washer and when I guesstimated my loads I based it off MINE. So I would have done 13 plus a couple blankets. but then I got there and saw 3 loaders so I figured I would use these and save money but each of my 2 load baskets was full in the 3 loader uugg then I forgot detergent so I was going to just buy it there but they wanted $2 for 4 loads that would have been $12 just for detergent so I made Jason bring me some from home. but... he was nice enought to bring me detgerent just the most expencive detergent I have (that I usually use just on diapers) but I didnt even say anything since he was nice enought to not only bring me detergent but watch the kids the whole 4 hours I was gone. So I put soap in and wait then realize that I didnt bring enough cash for the dryers so I grab Jerem and run to 7-11 and get more cash. Then the dryers are not as hot as my dryer so I ran the dryers 3 times each and still not everything was dry so I gave up folded stuff and went home and then still had to put stuff away and finish drying the stuff that didnt dry. So 5 hours later I still dont have everything clean and I spent like $26 and sat at a launrymat and couldnt do anything else while I waited for stupid laundry to wash. ......Waste of My Time And Money.
So today I will finish the towels and jeans that didnt dry and blankets that didnt get done and school clothes for monday.

My super long weekend

My long weekend started Thursday. I made dinner for the Willis's, went to the kids Family Night (used to be called Fall Festival) then Chase's Scout Regatta Night and then home to get the kids ready for bed. Savannah's birthday was Friday and I was trying to throw her a small surprise party. So I had to make the cake while she was gone and since Thursday was too busy I had to make it Friday but I also had to take Jeremiah to the doctor and I was watching Ember and Owen. And the kids get out early on Fridays. So after school we started getting ready for Halloween. Then to the Trunk or Treat we went and after a long night went home only to get up early to get ready for Jacob's soccer game and then sneak to Monique's house to set up the cake and balloons and then have Savannah come and be surprised... Which did work the only problem was she was sad that she didn't get any cake or ice cream on her "birthday day". So no more surprise parties, its too much stress. Then after the party home to have my dad over to see Jeremiah for the first time since we had the colds and lice at our house for so long. Then try to clean the house before going to the conference Saturday night. Then last minute shopping to be ready for Sunday. Then home to do a load of school clothes so I didn't have to do it on Sunday, and a load of dishes to try to catch up but it doesn't help the big pile of dishes so to bed and up early to get ready for conference, with another load of dishes. Then the whole time trying to keep my kids quiet. Back home to make lunch and more dishes then remember that I don't have any more whites so I throw a load in even though its Sunday, and then try to relax with a game of "killer bunnies". Than later make dinner with Moe, and scriptures before bed. Today is pretty much the same, 3 loads of laundry to catch up, more dishes, sweeping, making food, feeding the baby....more mundane tasks all day.
I hate living on a routine. It bores me to tears. The unstructured approach works better for me. I love being able to whatever whenever.

Nesting? Maybe?

11:20 AM
I happen to be in the mood to clean today and so I sent the kids off to school. Ran the dishwasher I forgot to start last night. Swept, did a load of laundry, picked up everything off the floor around the entire house, unloaded dishes, reloaded dishes, ran the dishwasher again. hung up the laundry, ate breakfast (late), started another load of laundry, sorted the rest of the laundry I want to do today, went to take down the laundry on the line and.....its not dry.... so I am now waiting and waiting for the stupid clothes to dry so I can finish the laundry I want to do. I guess you cant catch up on laundry on a day that is not hot. I am so frustrated right now, since I know I wont be in the mood later on to do a lot of laundry and catch up everything I didn't do last week. I guess I will just go make my bed and clean the bathrooms....

Now its 12:45
I cleaned both bathrooms (minus mopping since I cant really mop right now with out hurting myself) made my bed cleaned the rest of my room, the clothes still aren't dry, I am just trying to think of other stuff to do until I can finish laundry. I am really considering using the dryer...even though I really don't like to use it anymore.

Woo Hoo!! My Birthday!!

Ok so I love my clothes line and managed to do all my laundry Friday and Saturday and I have about 14 loads a week. I made Amish Friendship bread and Fresh lemonade. Curled my hair for Church even though it starts at 9.
I finished Jacob's Star of the week even though I forgot about it. (and even though the picture I wanted wouldn't come up since I had Moe take it with her camera) And got the boys to school on time with homemade lunches. I watered the garden and threw a load of blankets in since Gillian and Savannah like to leak out of their diapers every night. I am making sure I can make extra bread on Thursday for Jason's home teaching families. Moe gave me stickers for my scriptures. (Thank you very much) and I have been putting them on this morning too. I did dishes too. and its only noon.

Here are the pics I used for Jacob's Star of the week.

Organized and on track

ok so my days are getting a little less hectic since, like today I had all the kids bathed Saturday night and all the church clothes clean. So all we had to do was eat and get dressed and go to church. Well I had to do my hair and I forgot to shave but whatever. and Jason made breakfast and got the boys clothes and Savannah dressed and Gilli's clothes out. So all I had to do was my hair get dressed and get Gilli ready. Very nice (thanks Jason) so then we come back from church, which was fun and I actually liked Sunday school since it wasn't boring. (new teacher!) and make lunch (homemade mac and cheese) everyone takes naps. and Moe and Shaun come over for games. the only thing was I didn't have a good dinner planned but sandwiches (pb & j, bologna, tuna) worked just fine for everyone. So they go home after a great game. and I tidy up and load dishes and finish the load of laundry I had to do since Gilli leaked through her clothes and I was done. Now tomorrow I can do Jason's laundry and read scriptures all day. (maybe pick up a stroller) And I really don't have much else I HAVE to do. Woo Hoo!!! Well maybe I should plan dinner. hee hee

More Goals...

Ok so at Monique's request I need to add:
Not being so hard on myself.
And then I wanted to add:
Having sheets for my kids beds all the time no matter if they pee on them every night! Which in turn means that I need to keep up on laundry all the time. Which makes Jason right again. I should probably do 2 or 3 loads a day to keep up on it better. But I just hate laundry! I hate it so much that if I was rich the only thing I would hire someone to do would be laundry!
