Easter

I had a great Easter. I made sure the kids had simple things and then we had ham, potatoes au gratin, green bean casserole, rolls, and apple and cherry pie. Jason made the meal which was very good. We even were able to have the Davis' over for dinner and she did the Easter lesson. The kids played and my day was nice.

Top Ten Things I’m in Love With Right Now.

excited

Here are the top ten things that I am absolutely in love with, cannot live without, in no particular order, again since I have done this before.

1. My darling hubby, Jason.

2. My maternity clothes, since I got them for $40 and they are so cute.

3. Chinese food, I could eat it everyday. And Chocolate.

4. My computer, gotta have email, facebook, and blogging

5. My dishwasher, I dont have to wash dishes anymore and really dont scrub.

6. Crafts, this way I get in me time AND craft time, and since Moe is helping me get them done it goes a little faster.

7. Still like nap time, whether I get one or not. I love the quiet.

8. Friends, they make life so much more interesting, and a lot less boring.

9. Gardening and composting, I am really interested in these and figuring out how to be more GREEN...like cloth diapering too.

10. Homemade things, like bread, lemonade, julius', desserts, I like to make lots of things right

Now make your list of favorite things, I'd love to read it!

Here is my one before.

Games, Friends, Fun!

I like playing games so much! I also like just sitting and chatting...I guess I really like just having friends again. I like having people that share the same interests and funness. (ya its a word on my page) Just know that you are liked and make things better for us. (yes, even before I was told to talk to others!) lol

Organized and on track

ok so my days are getting a little less hectic since, like today I had all the kids bathed Saturday night and all the church clothes clean. So all we had to do was eat and get dressed and go to church. Well I had to do my hair and I forgot to shave but whatever. and Jason made breakfast and got the boys clothes and Savannah dressed and Gilli's clothes out. So all I had to do was my hair get dressed and get Gilli ready. Very nice (thanks Jason) so then we come back from church, which was fun and I actually liked Sunday school since it wasn't boring. (new teacher!) and make lunch (homemade mac and cheese) everyone takes naps. and Moe and Shaun come over for games. the only thing was I didn't have a good dinner planned but sandwiches (pb & j, bologna, tuna) worked just fine for everyone. So they go home after a great game. and I tidy up and load dishes and finish the load of laundry I had to do since Gilli leaked through her clothes and I was done. Now tomorrow I can do Jason's laundry and read scriptures all day. (maybe pick up a stroller) And I really don't have much else I HAVE to do. Woo Hoo!!! Well maybe I should plan dinner. hee hee

2007 in review

Ok so I have had a pretty rough year. I don’t like where I am right now so I am going to “choose my way out” (like they said in Church) I need to make better chooses this year. A lot better. I want to be in a totally different place by the end of next year. I really want to get sealed to Jason and right now we can’t so that’s a big step. I want to be able to make and keep friends. Keep is the big part. I really screwed that up too. I wanted to be a better mom and wife but I didn’t get that done this year either. I did learn some new crafts and made a lot of charity stuff. I also worked on being a better house keeper. Not that I did much better but 5% better is still better. (I do notice that I keep a better house when we have company coming over all the time, Thanks, Moe) I just seem to get high hopes at the beginning of the year and forget all about them later. Just like read more…didn’t really do that I did read like 4 books this year but I didn’t really read my scriptures, so I don’t know if that counts, but not really to me.

Jacob when to kindergarten this year. Chase went to 3rd grade. Savannah is learning her letters and her name. (what it looks like she knows her name, lol) Gilli Just got to start Nursery. But I am a little skeptical about it since they don't teach anything in there. They play for an hour then do snack and sing and bubbles. Nothing about lessons or reading or coloring or puzzles. I just want her to learn something that relates to Christ. She plays with toys and sings songs with me. I’d almost rather keep here with me and let her color and stuff with us in our classes.

But anyway Jason still has a great job even if they cut his hours back. He works really hard and does a really great job too.
I love my family and hope for the best for the new year. I hope my family and friends do well too.

I really hope I can keep with my goals this year though. I really really do.

Great Day!

Okay so Church is so much more fun when its not just you sitting by yourself and not doing anything but trying to listen and stay awake. (since I am used to going going going with 4 kids) But when you sit by someone and can compare notes on the lesson. I don't even think about being hungry (since I forgot to eat breakfast again!) or being tired.

Then game night again is just oh so great! Fun games, great company, great food, kids get to play with someone. I get to play games!!! Jason even likes to play games that never happens :D
