I never "want" to work out...I just feel guilty if I don't and know that I feel good when I have. I would try to be consistent on time so you can be ready and have the time set aside for that specific purpose.
ya I never feel guilty for not working out? must be a type A thing ha ha And I have a hard time setting aside time cuz I hate HATE mornings and I think its not worth it to do it at night cuz I want to be tired not awake and working out wakes me up...and yes I know the irony of not liking mornings and working out...
