I was trying to make some yummy oatmeal cookies with peppermint chips in them and the peppermint was kind of melting. So I got a cookie that cooks out flat and falls apart so its more like a granola. If you want to try some come over and eat away I have two plates full.

It didn't taste that bad...I take it the consistancy didn't change when you lowered the temp?
Just dig in with your hands, toss some milk on it, it won't take long to eat it all...and gain a few pounds in the process. :/
