Ok I just made Chicken Parmigiana and I randomly picked it off a web site after choosing chicken for the meat. So I make it, its really easy and doesn't take very long at all. Serve it and Jason is all ooh's and aah's the whole time. I think he told me it was very good like 20 times and then ate Savannah's leftovers and then Jacob's and then had to fight not to eat the last piece in the pan. So I think I'll keep this recipe... Here's a pic of what it looks like. For me the only difference was that I made smaller pieces of chicken to feed more people. This serves 6 I needed 9. I ended up with 10 servings.
